New: Adjunct call processing server data link

With using the new adjunct protocol, Telesis systems may communicate with adjunct call processing servers. The adjunct protocol allows Telesis systems to route incoming or originating calls according to the response of an adjunct server. The combination of the Telesis system and a call processing adjunct server offers easy and cost-effective solutions for organizations seeking to manage incoming or originating calls. Some applications are:

  • automatic voice response to customers, which are listed in a database
  • black lists (blocking customers, which are listed in a database)
  • forwarding customers, which are listed in a databese, to right representatives or service groups
