Phases in Reaching to An Agreement
Reseller Application : First PhaseReseller Applicant may:
Telesis A.S. carefully evaluates the application and returns Reseller Applicant in a few days. Non Disclosure Agreement : Phase 2Telesis A.S. sends a non-disclosure agreement for an accepted application before starting further commercial and technical discussions for a possible business relation. The Reseller Applicant shall sign and return this agreement. Reseller Applicant Survey : Phase 3Having an intention in reselling Telesis products may be sufficient to start. However, that does not mean a short term cooperation. Telesis A.S. always aims a long term cooperation. This being the case, knowing the Reseller Applicant in detail is important. To achieve this goal, Telesis A.S. sends a survey form to the Reseller Applicant. The Reseller Applicant shall fill out and return this form. Disclosure of Commercial Information : Phase 4As a result of further discussions and evaluation of Reseller Applicant Survey form, Telesis A.S. may disclose detailed commercial information to the Reseller Applicant. This information covers prices and advantages to be applicable if a Reseller Agreement is mutually signed. Reseller Agreement : Final PhaseAs a result of final discussions, Telesis A.S. sends a Reseller Agreement to the Reseller Applicant. Duly signing the agreement makes the applicant as a new Telesis Reseller. |
