Reseller Application : Phase1

If this is your first contact to Telesis A.S. for the purpose of reselling Telesis products and if you would like to become a Reseller, you may directly contact us at contact@telesis.com.tr or send a fax message to +90 312 384 0549. You may also fill-out the form at the end of this page. 

In your application via e-mail or fax, please describe:

• Your name
• Your title
• Your company name
• Your country
• Your contact details
• Web site of your company (if any)
• Current activities of your company
• Number of employees working in your company
• Your main interest in Telesis products
• Territories, where you would like to sell Telesis products
• Your targets (sales, volume etc) for Telesis products
• any other comments or information

Then, we will carefully evaluate your application and return you in a few days.
